Process Steps

Step 1

• Download the invoice you received from us

  

Step 2

• Go to MySkillsfuture website and login with your singpass

• https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/content/portal/en/index.html

  

  Step 3

  • After you have login, click on submit skillsfuture credit claims

  

  Step 4

  • Go to our website to search for the course you have signed up for and copy the course code at the bottom

  

  Step 5

  • Paste the course code and click search

  

  Step 6

  • Select the course date you are attending

  

  Step 7

  • For Fee Payable by you: key in the amount that you are claiming (if you have enough credits you may claim the full fee)
  • For Amount of credit to claim: Key in the total amount due as stated in the invoice
  • (Note that: you cannot use the Career Transition Credit for our courses.)

  

  Step 8

  • Upload the invoice that you have downloaded as supporting document

  

  Step 9

  • Agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit

  

  Step 10

  • After you have successfully submitted, your claim will be pending. Take a screenshot of your claim and send it to us.
